Parents would do anything for their child. And so would we. We’re Sharp PTA, part of National PTA, and we support better education, more resources, and safer schools in the life of every child. Together, we can continue to be a powerful voice for children and a strong advocate for public education.
The Sharp PTA is a nonprofit organization that for over 30 years has dedicated itself to advancing the well being of our children and families in the community. The PTA supports our children by enriching their environment through:
- Educational assembly programs
- I love reading program
- Social programs like Roller Skating, Movie Nights, Family Water Ice Night, International Night and Fun Fair
- Special theme weeks such as Red Ribbon week, Spirit week
- Beautification to our school through the Fall and Spring clean-up
The PTA seeks to provide a link between your child’s home life and school. We have so many great opportunities through-out the year for you to participate in.
Want to bring a smile to your child’s face? Let them see you here! Pick a day and an event to help out with, whether it’s volunteering for a few hours on picture day, coming into their Library time to check out their books, helping swing the jump ropes on Field Day, or experimenting with them on Sizzling Science Day. You will get to know your child’s school, teachers, friends, and share a small but poignant moment in their life.

The Cherry Hill Zone PTA Sunshine Fund was established to provide assistance for the welfare of children attending Cherry Hill Public Schools. Zone PTA recognizes the importance of helping those in our community who need temporary assistance during times of hardship. The PTA's commitment is to assist children, and the Sunshine Fund exemplifies this philosophy.
The PTA's and individual benefactors in our district have generously supported the Zone PTA Sunshine Fund. Zone PTA thanks all of you for your support.
School principals, nurses, teachers, and guidance counselors may request financial assistance from the Sunshine Fund to help Cherry Hill students and their families in a variety of ways throughout the year.

Parents can help support the Sunshine Fund by purchasing Zone PTA Sunshine Fund Cards. These cards are for sale at $5 each or 5 for $20. The cards are appropriate for a variety of occasions: To honor a teacher, to remember a special day, as a Holiday Gift (especially for a teacher), or to mourn a loss. 100% of donations benefit the welfare of the children of Cherry Hill schools.
